This ballast is for use with all 1000 watt High Pressure Sodium mogul based bulbs. Standard 1000 watt HPS bulbs are mogul based. Wiring instructions included for wiring to 120 volt household voltage but can also be wired for 208, 240 or 277 volt if necessary
