GrowBright Carbon Filters uses high-grade virgin activated coal-based carbon in a pelletized form to provide you with the absolute maximum odor-absorbing capacity. While it would be cheaper to use spent coconut husk, coal-derived carbon is significantly more effective and longer-lasting. Our filters are also machine packed, ensuring a consistent airflow through our fine-steel mesh. This prevents accidental leakage of unfiltered air through the filter, again keep your odors to a minimum.
