Every hydroponic gardener should know the importance of pH. The pH of the hydroponic nutrient solution plays a key roll as to what elements are available to the plant. Once the optimal pH level is decided the trick is to then keep the solution as close to optimal as possible. Using RO water and a high quality hydroponic nutrient will help to keep a stable pH.  Plants like stability and will respond well to a nice stable pH and EC level.  Testing pH has never been easier we have quality portable handheld meters that take quick and accurate measurements.
