this isn't a question but a serious compliment. I am cory by the way. I recently purchased the 150watt hps w/magnetic ballast and I LOVE IT!!! Super bright and makes NO NOISE. Warm up time was very short didn't even take 30 seconds. the whole set up doesn't even get hot. The ballast does get a little warm but it no ways hot. Again i just wanted to thank you guys again for selling quality stuff at a fair price.

No questions, simply praises. I had a bulb blow on Wednesday 1/14 and called your shop. I don't remember who I spoke with but he replaced the bulb under warranty. I was a bit worried because I figured it wasn't possible to get the bulb by the weekend and I was running fluorescents. I arrived home from work on Friday, 1/16 to find my bulb. I couldn't have been happier or more amazed. I thought for sure it wouldn't arrive until Monday, 1/19 but your team surprised me. Not only did it come 3 days earlier than expected but it was an upgrade with a return label for the blown bulb.

I can't say enough good about your company and service. I resolved to give all my online garden business to HTG after you folks were so helpful with my first order but after this small miracle, I'll be referring you all to anyone in need.

I'll be placing yet another order and this time I'm buying a spare bulb. You bailed me out from my own stupidity and I couldn't be any more grateful.

I received my shipment yesterday.  I love the shipping technique, everything arrived in off-the-shelf condition.  Shipping fragile equipment is an art in itself, especially with the way the couriers treat shipments.
Your packaging protected against any abuse.  Also, all my questions were answered, and I was treated very professionally.  A big thank you for upgrading my order and sending it instead of placing it on back-order.

Hi there, I bought your 400W HPS set-up and have to admit I was a little skeptical because your pricing is so good. I bought it just to mess around with. Well I've had your light for about 6 months and just finished using it. I easily put 900hrs on it and never had a single problem at all. Not even a hiccup. It didn't dim over time or anything. Also, the results were nothing short of incredible! I've had the high dollar 1000w set-ups before, and the end result wasn't anything near what I accomplished using your folks' set-up. I know that there are other variables that determine quality, but I really do think your light helped me maximize the results.
So I'm now a total believer in what you guys offer and sport your sticker proudly on my car. I recommend you to everyone I talk to as well. It's refreshing to see there's still people that offer good price and good quality. Usually it's one or the other. Huge ups from me and I wish you great success with your company. Take care now.

I was so impressed with your company i felt it was necessary to let you know. Thanks for your prompt action sending the 400 Watt light system. My order was placed on Thursday and received it the following Thursday.

I am completely satisfied with the outstanding quality of all the items shipped. Thanks again for the upgrade to the AgroMax 400 Watt metal halide conversion lamp you substituted for the out of stock item.

Setup was simple, had it up and operational a hour after it was received. Great product! I recommend it to all that are on a budget but yet want to get the most out of investment and plants. My flowers are in the finishing stage of their of their life cycle. Today, the second day of use, and I can already see the difference their quality, fullness and aroma. This system is hands down better than the diamond setup I was using.

I did search the net for a better deal but nobody could match the quality for the cost. I am looking forward to many years of use and will use no other vendor for all of my gardening needs.

A while back, I bought some items through Ebay which is how I discovered your fantastic store! I bought your house brand, 400watt MH/HPS, hangers, Mylar and I have to say that I am have been very impressed with your products.

1. I couldn't believe how much Mylar I received for the money spent!

2. The hangers were ingenious and very simple to use.

3. The lighting system was plug and play, and the end results were amazing!

4. Prices are unbeatable!

As my experience progressed well beyond my expectations, I ended up with yet a further need for my project; where else did I turn? I returned to HTG for a bottle of GH's Flora Nova Bloom which yielded amazing results.

Tony and his team are incredible at what they do and I have only the highest regards for their efforts.
